Our official training toolkit, designed for use in briefing and debriefing workshops, provides participants with a hands-on understanding of the concept of flow and its application in real-life scenarios. It also helps connect the lessons learned from FLIGBY to real-life experiences.

Our workshops are structured to accommodate groups of four, ideally serving 20 participants. This setup allows for dynamic interactions as attendees work in five small groups guided by certified facilitators. The format encourages open dialogue, teamwork, and a deeper understanding of leadership dynamics.

What’s in The Box?

  1. Flow-map with Cue Cards – The primary purpose of the Flow-map and cue cards is to help participants recognize and identify emotions and understand how daily decisions and activities influence these emotions. This tool illustrates how individuals can transition from one emotion to another throughout the day. The Flow-map is based on Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi’s “map of everyday experiences,” as outlined in chapter 4 of his book “Good Business,” providing valuable insights into the emotional landscape of our daily lives.
  2. Character Tokens and Organizational Chart – The Org Chart represents Turul Winery’s management structure within the FLIGBY game, clarifying the organizational hierarchy. Additionally, the character tokens work in conjunction with the Flow-map to help participants identify each character’s primary emotions and understand how they can achieve a state of Flow.
  3. Decision Points Cards – These cards highlight key decision points where participants must make strategic choices. By simulating real-world dilemmas, attendees can explore the consequences of their decisions, enhancing their judgment and problem-solving skills. We’ve extracted 20 critical decision points from FLIGBY, which help participants recall the simulation’s narrative and serve as conversation starters. Additionally, these cards allow workshop participants to learn about VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity) and draw parallels between FLIGBY and their real-life situations.
  4. Leadership Skills Cards – These cards highlight essential leadership qualities and serve as discussion starters and reflection tools. They encourage participants to evaluate their strengths and areas for growth, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. With 29 leadership skills measured in FLIGBY, these cards are instrumental in creating personalized development plans.
